  • The official name of the project is D. I. Khan New City.

  • The motorway access to D.I. Khan is a part of the CPEC western corridor and is currently under construction, with around 80% of work completed and expected to be ready by March 2021. This motorway will make D.I. Khan approximately 2.5 hours drive from Islamabad. D.I. Khan New City is easily accessible through this motorway.

  • The old Dera Ismail Khan city traces its history back to the 15th century and has witnessed many eras including the Mughal and Sikh. D.I. Khan City has undergone lot of evolution over the years which have resulted in overcrowding and the current infrastructure of D.I. Khan city does not support the current population of the city and cannot cater for the increasing demand of southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. D.I. Khan New City on the other hand is a modern development which has been planned on international standards with modern facilities which are not available anywhere else in the region. It will not only cater to the people of D.I. Khan and southern districts but also accommodate the population of surrounding areas including Peshawar, Multan, Zhob and Islamabad.

  • D.I. Khan New City has avenues of 150, 100 and 80 feet. The other main roads are 60 feet wide. None of the streets have width less than 40 feet.

  • We will require approximately 3 years’ time to complete the infrastructure development. Few mosques, primary schools, medical center, parks and grocery shops will also be available for people starting their houses at the time of possession.

  • Zameen is our official sales and marketing partner the payments will be submitted to them.

  • All installments are subject to 1.5% per month surcharge (which will be taken as 0.05% daily), as per the agreed upon terms and conditions mentioned on the plot application form.

  • You can share the payment evidence with our Collections Department via E-mail (collections@dikhannewcity.com), WhatsApp (+92 301 1155 712), Courier/postal mail, or in person at our offices.

  • Possession of the plot for the first phase can be made after 3 years from the start of the development. You are eligible for possession if you have cleared all the installments and pending dues (if any). After all of these conditions are met, an application for possession can be made.

  • You can avail special 7% discount if 100% payment is made in advance; or 3% discount if 50% of the plot value is paid in advance.

  • Whenever any payment is accepted in our system, you will automatically receive a confirmation SMS and an email in addition to the receipt or bank deposit slip.   • D.I. Khan New City offers 5 Marla (25×45), 11 Marla (35×70) and 1 Kanal (50×90) residential plots in first phase (Residencia).

  • D.I. Khan New City is a gated community. Round-the-clock security is ensured through patrolling of Quick Response Force and monitoring by CCTV cameras.

  • To transfer your plot, you need to fill in the NDC Form submit it in our offices along with the copy of your CNIC and of that of the purchaser.

  • In case, if any allottee fails to pay the confirmation amount within 30 days or fails to pay 2 successive installments within the prescribed period, the allotment is liable to be cancelled without notice. In the event of cancellation of the plot, due to non-payment, or by D.I. Khan New City on details specified by them, or any reason whatsoever, then the payment already submitted will be refunded with 25% deduction and surcharges, without any profit, interest or markup; however the processing/registration/membership fee already paid is non-refundable.
